| As the founder of msg systems, Hans Zehetmaier has managed the company’s successful development for more than two and a half decades. Zehetmaier, a graduate in business administration and information systems, worked for IBM before founding msg systems ag. As the CEO, Hans Zehetmaier is responsible for the central business units “Sales” and “Finances & Controlling” and steering the business areas “SAP Consulting & Development” and “SAP for Insurance Companies”. Moreover, he accounts for the development of subsidiaries and the shareholdings of the msg group. For his outstanding achievement as an entrepreneur, Hans Zehetmaier was honored in October 2008 with the renowned award „Entrepreneur of the Year – finalist 2008“.

| Karl-Martin Klein joined msg systems’ board of directors in 1994. Klein studied Computer Sciences and Business Administration and has worked for over 10 years in the field of IT consulting as a software engineer, management consultant and executive director. In addition, he served for several years as an IT administrator in a major corporation. At msg systems, he is responsible for the sector financial services and therefore at the same time for the subsidiary company msgGillardon AG. Furthermore, he is in charge of the central marketing, electronic services and quality management divisions.

| Volker Reichenbach has been a member of msg systems ag’s board of directors since 1994. The qualified computer scientist is responsible for the business division “Insurances”, as well as the central human resource department. Before assuming his current position at msg systems, Volker Reichenbach acquired extensive experience in the software industry – within companies as well as in consulting. As a project manager of different major projects he continuously expanded the knowledge of methods and approach models based on different application projects in insurances and social securities.

| Dr. Dirk Taubner joined the executive committee of msg systems ag in May 2007. He is responsible for the business units Automotive and Technology & Services as well as the set-up of the offshore center in Romania. With his doctorate in Computer Science, he has played an active role in the IT industry for over 20 years. Last, he served on the executive committee of sd&m AG (Capgemini). Dr. Taubner has a depth of experience in software engineering and project management. Additionally, he advocates the link between theory and practice as a co-editor of the "Informatik Spektrum“, as vice president of the Gesellschaft für Informatik (GI) and by holding lectures at the Munich Technical University.
