Identity management

Today, central user and resource management is essential. Company structures, as well as employee responsibilities and rights, are subjected to continuous change – whether from the hiring or loss of employees or due to changes, such as the development of new markets, cooperation with other companies or the acquisition of other companies. Moreover, numerous legal regulations for “secure” IT also have to be considered, including the Sarbanes Oxley Act, Basel II, HIPAA and many others.

In this regard, identity management systems enable the uniform and secure administration of digital identities within and across company and system limits. This leads to a drastic reduction of administrative costs, while increasing IT security.

The following systems must be included in the planning of an identity management system:

  • Enterprise Resource Planning systems, which portray production and supply chain processes and enable value-oriented enterprise management
  • HR systems for the registration of working hours and support of the human resource management
  • CRM systems for sales, marketing and customer service
  • Further individual eBusiness applications, which enable employees, customers and business partners to order products, review inventories and to exchange information

Based on our extensive project experience, we are able to support you in creating tailored identity management concepts and putting them into operation. We also work together with market and technology leaders in the industry.
