Furthermore, you will receive an introduction into the most important internal systems with which you will design your day-to-day work life.

You will receive additional orientation in an introductory meeting with your superior. Information about your further deployment as well as regarding important timeframes and activities in the first weeks will facilitate your feeling at home in your sphere of job duties. During your introductory project, you can familiarize yourself with important processes. Experienced colleagues will be glad to support you as a contact person. Thus, you are integrated into the team from the beginning.

At the end of the probationary period you will have a feedback meeting with your superior. In this meeting you will evaluate your probationary period, review the goals, milestones and measures agreed in the introductory meeting and reach agreement upon how best to proceed in the future. After one year, you will reflect upon your first twelve months at msg systems in a personal meeting with your management.
